Holly is currently one of the area’s top commercial real estate agents amongst women. In 2010, Holly was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Colorado Springs Business Journal and is also highly involved in the community. Holly is on the board of the American Red Cross Pikes Peak Chapter and is the chair of the Strategic Business Development Committee for the Colorado Springs Economic Development Corp. Holly works primarily with local landlords and tenants. At any given time, she will represent up to 50 commercial building owners. Holly typically transacts 4-5 deals per month ranging from 1,500-30,000 square feet.
Holly has been around commercial real estate since she was a small child. Her grandfather re-developed much of downtown Colorado Springs in the 1960’s-1907’s and she is now a partner of Hoff & Leigh with her father, Tim Leigh. Holly has been instrumental in developing Hoff & Leigh’s cutting-edge technology and innovative marketing systems.
Before commercial real estate, Holly attended college at the University of Southern California studying film and the business of entertainment. After graduation, Holly secured a worldwide, mobile content distribution deal for 15 cartoons she produced which air in China and the Far East on Sprint-Nextel wireless. Holly moved back to Colorado in 2007 to be near family.
