He worked with Keller Homes, Inc. from 1993 until the spring of 2005. Keller Homes is a premier homebuilder in the Colorado Springs area. During his tenure with Keller Homes, Inc., Todd worked with over 2000 customers throughout the Colorado Springs area on new home purchasing and building. In 2005, Todd joined Engle Homes, Inc., a national homebuilder building new homes in over twelve states under three different brand names. At the beginning of 2008 and through the end of 2009, Todd worked with Lend Lease, Inc. a global design / build company focused on designing and building communities and homes to the military and their families. Todd has spoken at national conferences and has been published in builder magazines on the topics of technology and customer service. Todd grew up in Anchorage, Alaska. While attending college in Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon and then later while attending college in University of Alaska, Anchorage, Todd commercial fished in the Prince William Sound during the summers. Todd moved to Colorado Springs in the 1986 to train at the National Judo Institute and worked out with the Olympic Judo Team at the Olympic training center until 1989. Todd has a passion for family and Colorado Springs. He has a lovely wife, Denise and they have five children between the two of them. They love to experience all of the adventure that Colorado has to offer, from snow skiing in the winter and water skiing in the summer, hiking, biking and four wheeling on all of the great paths throughout Colorado, there is never a dull moment in the Garcia household.
