She was co-founder of Gold Chase Real Estate, building the business into one of Colorado Springs premier full-service real estate companies for over sixteen years.    At its inception, she became a member of The Elite 25, an organization involving the top producing realtors in town. In 1998, she became a licensed general contractor, combining Gold Crest Homes, Ltd. with her passion for designing and building high-end custom homes. Jenny also planned and designed Mesa Pointe, a gated patio home community on the west side of Colorado Springs. Raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa until the age of fifteen, Jenny then attended high school in the Cayman Islands. Focusing on higher education at Texas Christian University and North Texas State University, she graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Industrial Technology and Manufacturing. This experience has enabled her to specialize in design, construction and all aspects of real estate for over 25 years. Jenny’s other priority in life is her close relationship with her 3 daughters. The oldest is a graduate of CU Boulder, another daughter attends TCU, and her youngest daughter is in high school. All share a passion for tennis, scuba diving, snowboarding and travel. Jenny also devotes a great deal of time giving back to the community. She is an experienced DECA judge, encouraging high school students to compete in advanced marketing and business development.
